eDeutsch is operated from Vietnam by CÔNG TY TNHH Z COMBINATOR; purchases on edeutsch.io are cross-border digital purchases.

The materials, courses and access rights on eDeutsch are digital products, granted the moment payment goes through. For that reason, no order can be refunded.

No refunds, in any case

A paid order is not refunded, whether or not you downloaded the material or ever used the access. Please read the product description, the access period and the free sample carefully before you order.

If something is wrong with your order

If the access or the material was not granted as described, send your order number to deutschvn.info@gmail.com. We check it and put the access right, but we do not refund.
