Terms of Use

One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your password safe, and for everything that happens under your account.

If you are already a Deutsche Zeit student, do not create a second account — sign in with the one you have, so your learning progress stays intact.

The details you give us have to be correct. A wrong email address means the download link for what you bought never reaches you.

Do not share your account with anyone. If we find an account being shared, we may close it permanently, to protect the material and the other learners who paid for it.

Buying a document gives you a personal, permanent right to use it, including later updates. There is no time limit, except for packages that state a number of access days.

Each document has a download limit (15 by default) to discourage account sharing. If you run out and still need the file, just write to us — we top it up.

You may not repost, resell, share into groups, or upload the files anywhere other people can download them. Every file carries a stamp identifying the buyer, so a leak can be traced back to its source.

If we find material being handed around, we withdraw every access right of that account, with no refund. It is the only way we can keep these materials at a price our learners can afford.

The practice tests, reading texts and speaking tasks are written by the Deutsche Zeit team. You may use them to study on your own. You may not copy them to teach from, print and sell them, or put them into another school's material.

Without buying anything you still get the first 5 tests of every skill at every level, plus the whole free reading library. That part is genuinely free, not a trial that runs out.

The scores and comments the AI gives are there for your own practice, not a prediction of your real exam score. The Goethe exam is marked by human examiners, and the result can differ.

We do not promise that you will reach any particular score after using the product.

Use automated tools to bulk-download materials or tests.

Try to reach somebody else's account, orders or learning data.

Guess passwords, probe for security holes, or overload the system.

If you find a security hole, report it to deutschvn.info@gmail.com instead of exploiting it. We take such reports seriously and thank you properly.

We try to keep the system running without a break, but we do not promise it never goes down. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.

What you have bought can be downloaded onto your own device — an outage does not take that away from you. If the system breaks before you managed to download, write to us and we send the file directly.

You can delete your account at any time by writing to us.

We only close an account for a clear breach of the points above, and we say why by email — we never close one quietly.

These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. If there is a dispute we would rather talk it through first; only when that fails does it go to the competent court in Ho Chi Minh City.
